All plastic within our molding process is converted into our zero-waste blocks line! Instead of discarding our purged material, we let it flow into a mold and keep whatever cool creation results!

Here is the forest green and black HDPE block! Some blocks may have hints of purple or brown in them. Each block is unique and may look different from the photos.

HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) has a low coefficient of friction and can be easily cut, milled, turned, welded, and thermoformed for easy fabrication. HDPE is one of the world’s most commonly used plastics, is incredibly safe, it emits no harmful emissions, and does not absorb moisture. All blocks are molded using our own unique proprietary color blending and molding technologies, manufacturing high-quality blocks with minimal to no internal stresses.

Plasti-Block® plastic blocks are suitable for producing high quality parts using techniques such as fabrication, machining, heat gun shaping, bending.
