We offer custom material testing for any material you want to use for your projects or needs. We understand the critical role that material selection plays in achieving optimal results for your projects.

With our custom material testing service, we provide you with the invaluable insights and data necessary to make informed decisions for your production processes.
Whether you’re exploring new materials, optimizing existing ones, or looking to meet specific performance requirements, we’ve got you covered. With our custom material testing service, you can eliminate guesswork, reduce risks, and maximize efficiency.
We offer two kinds of services for material testing:
- Two hours of testing : $250
- Two hours of testing + additional six hours : $790
A minimum of 55 lbs is required with the potential that more may be required depending on the final application.
Custom machining

Price is per output product machined and is subject to variance dependent on the operations required.
- Machining cost : $90 per hour + custom product size price
CUSTOM CUTTING
Cut a product to a custom size. This includes cutting one of our blocks to a desired size you require, that we do not offer in our standard block/rod catalog.
Simply select the product of your choice, and under each item, you’ll find the option to add a custom cut to your order. To ensure a seamless process, please provide all the required information, enabling us to accurately execute the cut according to your specifications.
When adding the custom cut option to your cart, remember to adjust the quantity accordingly. For a single cut, simply set the quantity to one. If you require two cuts, adjust the quantity to two, and so on. This ensures that we precisely meet your requirements, providing you with a tailored solution that fits your needs perfectly.
Prices will change depending on the number of cuts you require:
- Minimum cut size : 2″ x 2″
- Tolerance : +/- 0.125″
