HDPE UV Resistant Machine Grade Blocks.

All Plasti-Block® blocks are injection molded using our own unique proprietary color blending and molding technology, manufacturing high-quality blocks with minimal to no internal stress.

HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) can be easily used in manual and CNC machining, milling, turning, welding, and thermo-forming etc. HDPE is one of the world’s most commonly used plastics, is incredibly safe, it emits no harmful emissions, and does not absorb moisture.

Typical characteristics of this HDPE material:

• UV resistance
• Good fatigue & wear resistance
• Chemical & corrosion resistance
• Easy to weld using thermoplastic welding equipment
• Easy to fabricate
• Low coefficient of friction
• Low moisture absorption
